Ordering & Payment Information

Our server provides a Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which is the industry standard, for the encrypted transmission of sensitive information securely over the internet.

Orders may be placed on-line over our secured server by simply clicking the Order number for the veil you wish to order. The Order number is a link to the Secured Order Form. Enter the requested information, including the Order number. Veil style and length, color, and any other special instructions should be entered in the additional information comment box. If shipping address is different than billing address, please include the shipping address in the additional comment box. All orders will be confirmed by e-mail or per your special instructions in the comment box. NO SENSITIVE INFORMATION WILL BE SENT IN THE ORDER CONFIRMATION E-MAIL.

Orders may also be placed by regular mail or by phone providing the same information. Most orders can be shipped within 1-2 weeks.

Custom orders may take up to six weeks to complete and can be placed with a 25% deposit using a charge card, check, or money order and the balance due paid prior to shipment.

Payments may be made using MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER, personal checks or money orders. You may also call Design One to place an order using a credit card.

For credit card charges, the type of card, name of cardholder, account number, and expiration date are needed.

For Illinois residents, the state tax rate is 9.00% and must be added to the price of the veil or hat.

There is no sales tax for out of state sales.

Shipping Information

Design One uses US Postal Priority Mail for shipping and the cost is $6.00 for all items except Picture Hats and large brimmed hats which are $8.00. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days in the United States. For international orders please contact Design One for more information on shipping.

All items are insured by Design One when shipped.

Return Policy

All items must be returned within three (3) days from receipt.
